1. Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us at shanna@freezyfina.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

2. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

  • The refund amount will be for the cost of the product(s) only, excluding any shipping fees.
  • It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
  • If the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at shanna@freezyfina.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In some cases, we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

4. Shipping Company’s Mishandling

We do our best to package and protect your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, we are not responsible for mishandling, delays, or damages caused by the shipping company or other third parties. If your order is mishandled during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.

5. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return and refund process.
